What ShipsToMe does
ShipsToMe is a browser extension that filters Amazon product listings to show only items that can be delivered to your location. It fetches product pages using your existing Amazon session cookies to check shipping availability, price, delivery dates and product variants.
Data we collect
This extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
- No browsing history is recorded or sent anywhere.
- No Amazon account information is accessed or stored.
- No cookies are read or modified.
- All processing happens locally in your browser.
How it works technically
The extension makes fetch requests to Amazon product pages (e.g. amazon.es/dp/ASIN) using your browser's existing Amazon session. This is equivalent to you opening those pages yourself. The HTML responses are processed locally to extract shipping, price, and rating information. No data leaves your browser except to Amazon's own servers.
Settings storage
Your filter preferences (minimum rating, third-party seller filter, Keepa chart on/off) are stored locally using Chrome's storage.sync API, which may sync across your Chrome profile. This data never leaves Google's infrastructure and is not accessible to us.
Third-party services
On product pages, the extension optionally displays a price history chart from Keepa.com. This image is loaded directly from Keepa's servers. Please refer to Keepa's Privacy Policy for details.
